Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    • For wholesale inquiries, please contact us here. We only offer wholesale pricing to retailers and require proof before finalization. Our minimum initial order is $150 and reorder is $100. Please be aware that we require full payment prior to shipment. 


  • Can I order a custom or personalized item?

    • We would love to! Please contact us here to arrange this, and be aware that we require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit before starting any custom order. 


  • How do I store my items?

    • Store your items at room temperature (65-75 degrees). Refrigerating some items will not only extend the shelf life but create a better product experience (try it with our body butter after you've had too much sun!). Make sure that your order is kept away from sunlight and moisture. 


  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    • We are happy to provide gift wrapping - please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange this. 

  • Can I order wedding or party favors from you?

    • Yes! These are some of our favorite orders! We can customize labels and products to suit your needs. Our Champagne scented soaps are the most popular option for wedding and party favors. Contact us here for more information.



Cancellation Policy

  • We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, often the same day. As such, we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours. If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you need to cancel your order within the 24 hour window, please email us at with your name and order number. Return Policy

  • Our "return policy" is that we want to ensure you are happy with your order! If you have concerns, start by emailing us at If you are unsatisfied and have approval from us in an email, you may return your products for store credit or a refund, for the full amount you paid for the item minus all shipping, within 21 days of the products being delivered by the carrier. We do not credit or refund charges for shipping. An additional shipping fee of $7 will apply for all returns. To be truthful, we are a small, two-person business and we prefer you choose store credit because we don't want you to give up on us because of one less than great experience. However, if you're not open to that, we'll give you a refund as long as we have the products back within 21 days of the date the package was delivered to you. In short, email us with questions. We really want to help, and should be back to you via email within 48 hours in most cases.


Orders & Shipping 

  • Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days, sometimes 7 if we are having a promotion or it is during the holidays when we experience a higher volume of orders.
  • We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer flat rate ($7) shipping in the US for orders up to $124, and free US standard shipping on orders over $125. Santiam Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you need your package shipped "signature required," please leave us a note in the comments section of your order. Santiam Soap is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" - request signature confirmation if you have had trouble with packages disappearing!
  • We offer express shipping options, please see the drop-down during check out for pricing. We will do our best to have your order shipped within 48 hours should you choose express shipping. If you need it shipped ASAP, please contact us BEFORE ordering to ensure we can accommodate your request.
